How simple works

Everything we do, what we take, and what we don't promise.

The idea

simple pad is a Solana launchpad that gives trading fees back. Every trade pays the coin's holders and buys back and burns supply. Coins pair with SOL by default, or with USDC, a privacy coin or a real tokenized stock, and holders are paid in that pair. Either way, you trade with SOL.

It's built to be non-extractive:

  • We keep 0.05% of volume to run the site. Holders get 0.3%.
  • Coins that copy one that already made it anywhere on Solana can't launch here.
  • Every rate is set on-chain and checked on this page, and every payout is a public transaction.

Pairs

A coin's bonding curve is quoted in its pair. Every trade moves the pair in or out of the curve and fees are taken in it, which is why holders are paid in it.

  • SOL, the default. Trades go straight to the curve and holders are paid in SOL.
  • USDC, for a coin priced and paid out in dollars.
  • Privacy coins: ZEC and XMR. Holders are paid in Zcash or Monero. On Solana these are bridged tokens, not the native coins.
  • 54 tokenized stocks from xStocks by Backed, Backpack Securities, PreStocks (pre-IPO), Tessera (pre-IPO), including pre-IPO names like OpenAI and Anthropic.

A pair is listed when it is verified, has a live Raydium LaunchLab config, and has at least $100K of on-chain liquidity so SOL can route in and out cleanly. Stocks are synced from chain with pnpm sync-stocks.

Launch lifecycle

  1. Pick a pair. SOL by default, or USDC, ZEC, XMR or a stock. Its live price sets the raise target in that pair, so every coin graduates at the same dollar size.
  2. Check for vamps. The ticker and name are checked across Solana, live as you type and again on the server. See anti-vamp.
  3. Reserve a mint. A fresh mint keypair is generated in your browser and never leaves it.
  4. Publish metadata. Image and details are pinned to IPFS, with the pair recorded.
  5. Approve once. Creation and your first buy land in one transaction, so nobody can buy before you. For any pair other than SOL, the swap from SOL that funds the buy is signed alongside it. If creation and the buy can't fit together, the launch is refused instead of dropping the buy.
  6. Confirm. The coin page reads the curve straight from chain, so it works before any indexer has picked the coin up.

Curve & depth

Coins trade on a constant-product curve (x · y = k) over virtual and real reserves. There's no order book and the creator can't set the price. simple's curve is tuned for depth:

  • 70% of supply is sold on the curve; the other 30% seeds the graduated pool.
  • $80K raise, set in USD and converted to the pair at launch.
  • Starts at $49K, graduates at $266.7K (5.4x), with a $160K pool.
Starts atGraduates atPool at graduation$1K buy at launch moves price
simple$49K$266.7K$160K1.6%
Float$19.9K$149.5K$80K4.2%
pump.fun$2.6K$38.7K$16K26.1%

Market caps in USD. Float figures follow its docs (~$20K start, ~$150K graduation); pump.fun is 85 SOL at $94.

The trade-off is a higher starting market cap. Deeper reserves mean each SOL moves the price less, for early buyers and late ones.

Trading with SOL

  • SOL pairs: straight to the curve. SOL is wrapped and unwrapped inside the same transaction, so you only ever see SOL.
  • Every other pair, buying: SOL → pair (best route via Jupiter) → coin, in one transaction. You only spend what the swap guarantees; any surplus stays in your wallet as the pair.
  • Every other pair, selling: coin → pair → SOL, in one transaction. Or take the pair directly, or pay with it if you already hold it.
  • Every trade is simulated before your wallet opens, and the compute budget is sized to what it actually used.

Graduation

Once the raise target is met, the coin migrates to a Raydium CPMM pool. Its liquidity is locked forever with Raydium Burn & Earn and can never be withdrawn.

  • 100% Holder rewards. Fee-earning position reserved for holder payouts and buybacks, no ops cut.
  • Creators keep earning on the graduated pool through Raydium's pool creator fee (0.05% of volume today, set by Raydium). LaunchLab doesn't let platforms give creators a share of the locked liquidity itself.

Fees

Each buy and sell on the curve pays 1%, split like this (as a share of trade volume):

  • Holders, paid in the pair0.3%
  • Creator0.25%
  • Buyback & burn0.15%
  • Raydium protocol0.25%
  • simple ops0.05%

1% per buy and sell while on the curve. Graduated LP is locked forever: 100% holder rewards.

  • Raydium protocol, 0.25%. Set by LaunchLab.
  • Creator, 0.25%. Paid by LaunchLab in the pair, claimable any time.
  • simple platform fee, 0.5%: 60% holders, 30% buyback & burn, 10% operations.

The site reads simple's platform config from Solana and marks a target live only once it matches:

  • Platform feeChecking…
  • Creator feeChecking…
  • Graduation LP splitChecking…

Swap fees on the SOL leg, network fees and account rent are separate. Slippage tolerance is separate from price impact and fees.

Rewards

LaunchLab pools every coin's platform fee into one vault per pair. Every ~10 minutes the payout engine runs a cycle:

  1. Claims each pair's vault.
  2. Splits the claim between coins by trading volume since their last cycle. Every trade pays the same rate, so volume share is fee share.
  3. Pays 0.3% of volume to holders in the coin's pair, pro rata to holdings. Payouts under $0.01 roll over to the next cycle.
  4. Spends 0.15% buying the coin on its curve and burns it in the same transaction, with a 1% price guard.
  5. Writes an on-chain memo, which the coin page reads to show history. No database involved.

SOL rewards land in your wallet. Other rewards land in your account for that token, which any buy on simple pad opens. Program-owned accounts such as pools and lockers are skipped, so rewards go to people.

Anti-vamp

A launch is refused when its ticker or name matches a coin that already made it, anywhere on Solana:

  • Graduated from pump.fun, letsbonk, or any other launchpad.
  • Verified, or above $100K market cap or $25K liquidity.
  • One of simple pad's own pairs (no $TSLA impersonating Tesla, no fake $ZEC).
  • Already launched on simple.

Matching folds look-alikes, so B0NK, ВОNK (Cyrillic), $bonk, BONKv2 and RealBonk all read as BONK. The check runs live as you type and again on the server, and coin pages warn when a different established coin shares the ticker.

Tickers

Tickers are 1 to 10 bytes and case is preserved. Each ticker can be launched on simple once, and that's free. We don't sell duplicates.

Trust boundaries

Your wallet approves every transaction, and simple never holds your funds or keys. None of this verifies a creator, their links or a coin's value. Anti-vamp catches copies of established coins, not every copy of everything, so always check the full mint address.

Discovery

Solana is the source of truth. Explore lists coins from Raydium's LaunchLab indexer filtered to simple's platform. Coin pages read the curve from chain, charts come from a Dexscreener embed, and prices from Jupiter. Cached numbers aren't execution quotes.

Risks

  • Coins are highly speculative. Most lose value, and you can lose everything you put in.
  • ZEC and XMR on Solana are bridged tokens. Their value depends on the bridge that issues them, and XMR trades in thinner pools, so large trades move its price more.
  • For stock pairs: tokenized stocks are issued by third parties (xStocks by Backed, Backpack Securities, PreStocks (pre-IPO), Tessera (pre-IPO)), not the companies. Issuers can pause transfers or change the token's rules. If a stock is paused, trading and payouts for its coins stop until it resumes.
  • Holding a coin is not holding a share. It gives no rights in any company, and simple isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the companies behind the stocks.
  • LaunchLab platforms are public, so other apps can launch coins outside this site. Only coins on simple's platform get its rewards.
  • Prices and stats come from on-chain data and third-party feeds, and can be delayed.
  • Nothing here is investment advice, and nothing promises returns, buyers or liquidity.
